Richard is a Junior at St. Mark's School of Texas. As a high school student with a deep love for music, Richard has played piano for more than 10 years and has competed in various competitions, experiencing firsthand the transformative power of music education. As Executive Director, he oversees all programs, fundraising efforts, and community partnerships.

Andrew is a Junior at St. Mark's School of Texas and has played piano for almost 11 years. He believes music has the power to connect, inspire, and uplift. After noticing how many students around him lacked access to the same musical opportunities he had growing up, Andrew co-founded One Union to close that gap. He now plays a key role in ensuring the organization runs smoothly, coordinating events, and managing volunteers. He also leads the implementation of our curriculum.
